Bringing Light to the Dark
Not everyone is blessed with massive south-facing windows. If you live in a basement apartment or want to decorate a windowless office cubicle, you need plants that have adapted to the forest floor.
The Survivors
The ZZ Plant and the Snake Plant are the undisputed kings of low light. They will happily sit in a dark corner for months with minimal water and still look spectacular.
Trailing Beauties
Want something that drapes? The Golden Pothos is incredibly adaptable. While it grows faster in bright light, it will gracefully trail down a bookshelf even in a dim room.
