How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2PM.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across the entire UK mainland. Some remote areas in the Scottish Highlands may take an extra day.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Plant Care

How often should I water my plant?

It depends on the plant! Check the 'Care Guide' tab on your specific plant's product page for detailed watering instructions.

Why are my leaves turning yellow?

Yellowing leaves are usually a sign of overwatering, but can also mean underwatering or poor drainage. Check the soil moisture first.

When should I repot?

Most plants need repotting every 1-2 years when you see roots coming out of the drainage holes.

Are your plants organic?

Our fruit and vegetable plants are grown using organic methods. Ornamental plants are grown sustainably but may not be certified organic.

Are they pet-safe?

We have a dedicated Pet-Safe filter! Look for the dog icon in the Quick Facts section to ensure the plant is safe for your furry friends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rollingrouteservice.online. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can modify or cancel it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can add gift wrapping and a personalised message during checkout for a small additional fee.
