Refund & Returns

Overview

At rollingrouteservice.online, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The plant arrives damaged, broken, or in poor condition upon delivery
  • The plant does not match the type or variety ordered
  • Any other serious issue where the product is not usable or does not meet basic quality standards

Please note: Plants are living products and may show slight natural variations in size, colour, or shape. Such differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

Return Costs

  • Free returns if the reason is damage, wrong item delivered, or a plant health issue caused during shipping
  • For all other valid return cases, rollingrouteservice.online will arrange pickup or replacement at no extra cost within the UK

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned plant(s). Customers may choose between:

  • Full refund — credited back to the original payment method, or
  • Plant replacement of equal value

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, or damaged/missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7–10 business days after delivery
  • Printed materials or books with visible signs of use

Refund Notification

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary
  3. Check with your bank — processing times can differ

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@rollingrouteservice.online and send the item to our return address below.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, wrong item, or a shipping fault
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable — if a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
  • For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
